If you like the idea of a foreign holiday with a bit of a difference, then a boot camp could suit you. Many people associate a Spanish holiday with hanging out on the beach in the day and then English style pubs in the evening and then on to a club. It can be a lot of fun but it is not at all healthy. It is something which will get you unfit and unhealthy. You could end up returning to the UK, heavier, fatter and with a hangover. This is not really a nice way to end a holiday.
Imagine if you could return from Spain feeling fitter and healthier with more muscle and less fat. This could be a great start to a new healthier lifestyle for you. You will still have lots of fun, see something of Spain and get out in the sunshine, but you will eat and drink healthily and exercise a lot.
It can still be a great deal of fun. You need to put a lot in, to get a lot out and you will have plenty of people to make friends with a have a good laugh with. You can even take friends and family with you so that you can all enjoy it together.
You will be pushed hard and it will not be easy, but it will do you such an incredible amount of good. You will feel so much better and you will be reminded how good it feels when you workout hard. You will want to go home and do it again and again and relive those wonderful holiday memories. It can be a great way to kick start that new fitness regime that you may have been wanting to do for a long time.
